Jax Our Puppy!!

This is our puppy Jax! He is going to be 5 months old on the 24th! He is such a good puppy but like all puppies he has his naughty moments. Yesterday he chewed up one of my favorite pair of high heels... ooooh I was so mad about that but he just melts your heart and you can't stay mad at him for long! Darn I guess I will have to go shopping for a new pair of shoes and maybe some other things umm that Jax chewed up I think... shhh don't tell Cory ha ha!! =) Jax loves to spend time with his buddies Duke, Flex and Cosmo, Zach and Megans dogs! They are nuts when they get together but Jax loves it! We got him when he was 6 weeks old, he had an all pink nose but its has darkened quite a bit but I don't think it will go all the way black! Sorry so long to post, you know how it is busy busy and no computer doesn't help much either! =)

No we are not having kids yet but that is the room Cory picked for the baby when we eventually do plan on having one!! We do have a baby puppy but he is soon to come later on this blog!! Family Room BEFORE pic!Left door goes to the basement and right goies to the garage! We ripped up the carpet and put Tile there! I think it looks so much nicer! Now I just need tile molding and it will be complete!


Living Room BEFORE and AFTER!

It is soooo dramatic what this house went through!! As you can tell it started out with such off the wall colors... The whole main part of the house was painted a dark tan color, even on the ceiling making it feel dark and kind of depressing! The three bedrooms upstairs were very interesting. We had a yellow room, blue room and a dark green room! I liked the blue room but decided not to keep it because we just needed more uniform colors and fixed walls for now!! =) There were tons of holes in the walls and ceilings that were repaired and we laid tile down in both bathrooms , a door way going to our garage and we even tiled our new fireplace! I decided with all the dark depressing colors I wanted to bring in a bright color that could go with any decor! We chose princeton white! Its not white!! It changes in light, sometimes it looks light tan but sometimes it looks grey! I love how versatile the color is! All of our Moldings are a bright white to offset the color!!
We still do have a lot of work on our house! Like the basement... we are going to finish that.. and hopefully get our master bathroom done this winter! As of right now we are working on our yard!! Our front lawn is a very beautiful yellow!! ha ha! We killed everything in our front yard and are going to be laying down new grass here soon! Then we will start on the back!!
